Legal Notice & Website Terms

Last updated: 17 July 2026

These terms identify the operator of the Lycli website and set out the rules that apply to the website, its content and the waiting list. They do not govern use of the Lycli beta app, which may be subject to separate app terms.

1. Website operator

This website is operated for Lycli, a pre-incorporation digital travel project promoted by Claudio Colombat, who acts as the website operator until a company is incorporated.

Operator: Claudio Colombat. NIE/NIF: Y9120980-E. Contact address: Pg. de les Germanies, 112, 46702 Gandia, València, Spain.

Website: www.lycli.com. General contact: info@lycli.com. Partner and business enquiries: partners@lycli.com. Privacy enquiries: privacy@lycli.com.

When Lycli is incorporated, this notice will be updated with the company’s legal name, tax identification number, registered address and registration details.

2. Purpose and scope of the website

The website presents Lycli, provides information about its planned and beta features, operates a waiting list and provides contact channels for product, partnership, investor and business enquiries.

These terms apply only to use of the website, its forms and its promotional or informational content. The website does not itself provide an app account, booking, subscription or paid travel service. Access to or use of the Lycli beta app may be subject to separate app terms, privacy notices and eligibility requirements.

3. Project and beta status

Lycli is under active development. A limited beta app may exist or be made available to selected users, but the website does not constitute a public offer or guarantee of access to that beta.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the website does not sell subscriptions, confirm travel bookings, act as a travel agency or provide regulated financial, insurance, legal, medical or professional travel-advisory services.

4. Waiting list

You may join the waiting list by providing your own valid email address and accepting the communications described in the form. Joining does not create an app account, require a payment or guarantee beta access, an invitation, a launch date, premium features, discounts or future availability.

Lycli may open or close the list, organise invitations, alter the launch plan or discontinue the waiting list. This discretion does not affect rights that cannot be excluded by law. You must not register another person’s email address without their permission or use automated means to abuse the form.

5. Age requirement

The website and waiting list are intended for people aged 16 or over. This is a product rule and does not replace any different mandatory age threshold in your country. If you do not meet the applicable age requirement, do not submit personal data without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted.

6. Intellectual and industrial property

To the extent protected by law, the website’s original text, design, code, branding, interface mockups, illustrations, graphics, logos and audiovisual elements are owned by Claudio Colombat or used with permission from their respective rights holders. Rights may later be assigned or licensed to the company incorporated for Lycli.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, sell, license, scrape, republish or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission or another lawful basis.

“Lycli”, its logo and related names are used as project and brand identifiers. This statement does not claim rights beyond those available under applicable intellectual-property and trademark law.

7. Mockups, features and product information

App screens, mockups, animations, product images, feature descriptions, integrations, prices and user flows shown on the website may be illustrative or experimental. They may change before or during beta and do not form a final product specification or binding commercial offer unless expressly identified as such.

8. Third-party names and commercial relationships

References to third-party brands, platforms, booking services, technology providers or possible partner categories do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation or a commercial relationship unless expressly stated.

Lycli may explore affiliate, partner, advertising or commercial integrations. If an affiliate relationship affects content or a transaction, it will be disclosed where required. No particular integration, provider, offer or commercial feature is guaranteed to become available.

9. External links

The website may link to third-party sites or services. Lycli does not control their availability, content, prices, security, privacy practices or terms. A link does not amount to an endorsement. Review the third party’s information before using its service or entering into a transaction.

10. AI-related information

The website describes LyAI and other AI-assisted features. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for a particular person or situation. Always verify important information using official or reliable sources before making decisions about bookings, transport, safety, weather, visas, health, accessibility, costs, opening hours or local rules.

AI-generated information is not professional legal, medical, financial, safety or travel advice. The operation of AI features inside the beta app is governed by the applicable app information and privacy notice.

11. No travel agency or booking service

The website operator is not currently acting through this website as a travel agency, tour operator, booking provider, carrier, accommodation provider, insurer, insurance intermediary or financial-services provider.

A future link to a third-party travel service will be subject to that provider’s availability, prices, cancellation and refund rules, service standards, terms and privacy policy. Nothing in this clause excludes any responsibility that the website operator cannot lawfully exclude.

12. Availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep website information understandable and up to date, but development information may be incomplete, experimental or superseded. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may maintain, update, suspend or remove website content where reasonably necessary, while respecting any mandatory rights and obligations that apply.

13. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

  • submit false, misleading, abusive or unlawful information;
  • impersonate another person or submit their contact details without permission;
  • interfere with the website, circumvent security or attempt unauthorised access;
  • send spam, malware or malicious communications;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
  • use bots or automated systems to overload, scrape or abuse the website or waiting list.

14. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed as described in the Lycli Privacy Policy, available at /en/privacy.

The website currently does not use Google Analytics or analytics cookies. It may use essential technical storage or similar technologies needed for security and basic operation. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, the relevant information and consent controls will be provided before they are activated where required by law.

15. Responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the website operator is not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse of the website, reliance on content clearly identified as illustrative, temporary interruptions outside reasonable control, or the independent acts and services of third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Consumers retain all rights granted by mandatory law.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the operator incorporates a company, the website or waiting list changes, separate app or paid services launch, providers change, or legal requirements evolve. The current version and update date will be published on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired under mandatory law.

17. Governing law and competent courts

Spanish law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections granted by the law that would otherwise apply in their country of residence. Any dispute will be heard by the court competent under applicable law, including the courts of the consumer’s domicile where the law so provides.
